During the 19th century carnivals were roaming around the globe showcasing rarities, unusualities and peculiarities.
While being a collection of outcasts and misfits to society they worked as a family, helped and supported each other and created a place where they were the stars instead of the laughing stock.

is a queer cabaret celebrating diversity and individuality whilst showcasing artists from around the world.
In this cabaret, Hayden, along with 6 other artists, will let the audience step into a world where everyone is celebrated for who they are and for what they want to be.

Carnivale Royale is an homage to the celebration of being yourself. This cabaret is a queer safe space for both artist and audience and invites everyone to join.
Carnivale Royale is the 5th production by House of Circus
“beside creating a high level cabaret we also wanted to create a queer safe space in the circus”.
A place where artists can express themselves in their own unique ways and for the audience to feel comfortable doing exactly the same thing.

This unique “liquid cabaret” format combines a core show that maintains high standards of quality and inclusivity, welcoming opportunities to engage with local queer, art, and circus communities. This approach keeps each performance fresh and relevant while building strong connections with local talents.
